Mr. Payton S. Lachney is a Central Louisiana native from Marksville, Louisiana. Upon graduation from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, he spent a year as a private investigator before attending law school at Louisiana State University Law Center. He has externed in the Middle District of Louisiana, served as a T.A. in Constitutional Law courses, and advocated in and out of court for the rights of juveniles through the Louisiana State University Juvenile Defense Clinic. Mr. Lachney currently represents individuals in diverse areas of Civil Litigation as well as representing and advising small business start-ups on various aspects of their growing business. He currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
